The learning opportunities at Skills 4 Abroad are aimed at development
cooperation experts and managers who work abroad for at least one year and
their accompanying partners. The participants are prepared for the upcoming professional
and personal changes and are accompanied during the initial time in their
country of assignment so that they can act competently and effectively. The
programme is developed and implemented by the GIZ's Academy for International
Cooperation (AIZ) on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic
Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
